Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 May 2026 — Version 2.0

Information on the use of cookies pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), in compliance with the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (resolution of 10 June 2021).

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user’s browser, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage, fingerprinting) may be used for similar purposes and are considered equivalent to cookies for the purposes of this notice.

2. Types of cookies used

Depending on the project, we may use the following categories of cookies. The category actually active on each site is declared at the bottom of the page in the "Cookie declaration" section, generated automatically by Cookiebot.

Necessary cookies (always active)

Essential for the website to function. They include cookies for consent management (Cookiebot), security (CSRF, session tokens) and basic technical preferences (e.g. language). They cannot be disabled.

Preference cookies (optional)

They allow the site to remember user choices (language, region, layout) to provide a personalized experience. They are activated only with prior consent.

Statistical / Analytics cookies (optional where cookies are involved)

For web traffic tracking we primarily use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information: for this reason it does not require user consent.

Where a project uses analytics services that require cookies (e.g. Google Analytics in advanced mode), these are only activated with explicit consent via the banner.

Marketing cookies (optional)

Used to display personalized advertising content and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Activated only with explicit consent.

3. Third-party services

Depending on the project, we may integrate the following third-party services that may use cookies or equivalent technologies:

  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic analysis, without cookies and without personal data.
  • Cookiebot (Cybot A/S / Usercentrics) — cookie consent management.
  • Third-party embeds (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps, social plugins) — loaded only with prior consent.
  • Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) — where the platform supports transactions; cookies functional to the transaction.

The complete and up-to-date list of cookies actually used on each site is available at the bottom of this page in the "Cookie declaration" section, populated automatically by Cookiebot.

4. Consent management

On your first visit to the site a banner is shown that allows you to accept, reject or customize your consent to the various categories of cookies. You can change your preferences at any time:

  • by clicking the cookie icon on the pages
  • via the "Manage consents" button available at the bottom of this Cookie Policy
  • directly from your browser settings

Consent is managed via Cookiebot (Cybot A/S / Usercentrics, CBID 4e36635b-20c0-4a2a-a9b0-49c26709f014), a certified platform compliant with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

5. Google Consent Mode v2

Where Google services are integrated, the site implements Google Consent Mode v2, which automatically communicates the user’s consent preferences to Google. When consent to analytical/marketing cookies is denied, Google services operate in limited mode and do not store identifying cookies.

6. Disabling cookies via browser

In addition to managing via the Cookiebot banner, you can disable cookies directly from your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Please note that disabling technical cookies may compromise the functioning of the site.

7. Cookie declaration

The complete and up-to-date list of cookies used on this site is generated automatically by Cookiebot:

8. Retention period

Each cookie has its own duration, indicated in the cookie declaration generated by Cookiebot. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies have a variable duration (typically from a few days to 24 months).
