1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save on your device. They are used to ensure the site works correctly, store preferences, analyze usage and personalize the experience.

In addition to cookies, blendX may use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and tracking pixels. For simplicity, in this policy we refer to all these technologies as "cookies".

2. Types we use

We use four categories of cookies:

• Technical (strictly necessary): essential for the site to function (login, session, security, load balancing). They do not require consent.
• Preferences: store choices such as language, time zone, dashboard settings. Consent is not mandatory if anonymous.
• Analytics: collect aggregated data on how the site is used in order to improve it. We use Plausible, a privacy-first solution that does not use third-party cookies and does not track users.
• Marketing: used for profiling and retargeting. blendX currently does not use marketing cookies. Should we introduce them in the future, they will be activated only with explicit prior consent.

We integrate a limited number of external services, choosing privacy-friendly solutions wherever possible:

• Plausible Analytics — self-hosted, no cookies, no personal tracking. Plausible policy.
• Google Fonts — loads the Funnel Display font. Fonts are pre-connected but may send your IP to Google servers. Google policy.
• Phosphor Icons — unpkg.com CDN for icons.

6. Cookie duration

• Session cookies: deleted when the browser is closed.
• Persistent cookies: remain for the duration indicated in the table (max 12 months), then expire or are presented again for consent renewal.
